Heather is most proud of her husband, four kids, and three grandsons. Her days are filled with a busy schedule of sharing coaching, training, nutrition, fitness and shuffling the kids to their activities. She loves to laugh, travel, and is a self-proclaimed home body. Invite her to things, but don't expect her to show up.

As your Coach, Heather brings over a decade of experience. Starting as a massage therapist, becoming a certified personal trainer, then a nutrition coach, and now a functional coach -- Heather knows how the body moves, how it should feel, and what it is capable of. Her goal is to teach you life skills as you shift from a diet culture to a life of balance and to find what works best for you.
